We have a 1 minute soft close feature. This means that if a bidder bids on an item at the last second, bidding on that item will be extended for an additional minute to allow everyone the opportunity to bid more if they would like. This is an onsite auction in Leesburg VA. Local pick up only!! This is a house clean out for the family that is retiring, packing up and hitting the road to travel accross the country. This will consist of a lot of tools and furniture that they no longer need. Winning bidders will have address provided on invoice.

We are willing to go over items and send more pictures if necessary. Lots are sold as pictured; many are group lots that will not be split up. High bid wins the grouping. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. If you are planning to bid over $2,000 on any given lot, contact the auctioneer ahead of placing the bid. You will need pre-approval. Preview will be held, while the sale is running, Wednesday - Friday 9:30am-3:30pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. No appointment necessary for pick-ups. Curb side pick-up is available upon request. All pickups must be made within 72 hours of end of auction unless otherwise arranged with auctioneer. All credit cards on file will be processed Monday morning following close of sale with invoices being e-mailed there after. Pick up hours are Monday 9:30AM-7:00PM and Tuesday/Wednesday 9:30AM-3:30PM. If items are left passed that window you may be charged a storage fee of $5 per lot per day, at the auctioneers' discretion. Any items left after 2 weeks become auction house property. Please confirm prior to bidding that we will be able to ship the item to you. Some items we will not ship can be referred to a third-party shipper or you may obtain your own shipping. Please make sure your shipper can make the pick-up window, storage fees we be charged if unable to make it within the 72-hour window. On Monday after the sale, winning bidders will receive a Text/ Email from ShippingSaint on behalf of B and D Auctions LLC, confirming if shipping will be required or if the items will be picked up in person. B and D Auctions, LLC reserves the right to deny any shipping in house and will refer out to a local shipper. We only ship items in house that we are confident they will make it to our customers safely and efficiently. Items will be shipped within ten days of payment received. Handling is calculated and broken down by the material and labor used. It is calculated at the time of preparing shipment. We utilize the most competitive shipping carrier we can find. The shipping and handling charges will show on your statements as ShippingSaint. Once you have confirmed shipping through ShippingSaint you will be updated as items move through the shipping process. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping invoice within 72 hours of the end of the auction OR the credit card on file for HiBid WILL be charged. Not sufficient funds, or otherwise declining the charge for the shipping forfeits your items to B and D Auctions, LLC. If item(s) are not paid, in full, within the 72-hour window, the bidder forfeits there right to the item(s). B and D Auctions reserves the right to refuse any bid/bidder. Preview is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all items especially all instruments AND electronics as conditions vary from good to parts only and no matter how good pictures are, they will never tell the whole story of just how good, or bad, something may be. All items are sold AS IS and AS SHOWN. Shipping available on select lots - please see item descriptions. Your registered credit card will be automatically charged if your item is being shipped and will include buyer's pemium and shipping charges. Please make sure that the card you register with is the card you wish to use to pay for your items. If you are picking up your items, payment is due upon pickup. Only items that show 'shipping available' may be shipped. Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail when possible. If items are larger than USPS Priority Mail, items will be packaged and boxed and we use USPS, FedEx and UPS to ship and try to keep all shipping costs as minimal as possible. All costs include packaging, supplies, shipping and insurance for items that fit in Priority Mail boxes - If it cannot go Priority Mail Flat Rate, we will use the most inexpensive option. We do our best to keep costs down and only charge a nominal handling fee to cover our costs. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
